Removing any old toiletries from the bathroom; replacing toilet rolls;

We will make sure your guests receive a warm welcome upon their arrival.


  Keys are safely delivered to your guests and collected upon their departure;

First impressions count - and can help to encourage those all-important repeat bookings. We will personally welcome your guests, show them the property amenities and explain the house rules/safety regulations. We will also leave our daytime contact number with your guests in case they need anything during their stay (see Guest Liaison for full details).



For each booking, where a Meet and Greet is required, please provide us with the following information:


Contact details for one member of the party;
Arrival/departure dates;
Flight Information.

We will track your guests’ flights in real-time and adjust our schedule accordingly.

Alternatively, if you are looking for a simplified way to get your keys to your guests, we highly recommend using a key safe or lock-box to ensure your guests have instant access to your apartment, without compromising on safety.
