How will I know what's going on in my apartment?


Except in the event of an emergency, nothing will take place in your apartment unless we receive your prior agreement; only authorised personnel will enter your property to carry out the services you agree to and all activities that take place in your property are recorded by us and stored on file.

Keeping up to date

We understand the worries when it comes to leaving your property abroad. That’s why we offer regular property updates, detailed maintenance reports sent to your email after each Home Security Check and longer office hours should you wish to contact us directly to 'check in' on your home from home.


In the event of an emergency, we will notify you via your preferred emergency contact method with a report and a recommended solution to move forward in whichever way necessary. If you cannot be contacted, we will take any action we deem necessary to temporarily secure your property until your authorisation is received.

Record Keeping

You may ask us to provide up to date records of your Property Management Profile at any time should you wish to view a complete history of all maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services undertaken on your property.
